Project Concept
A luxurious golf hotel and sport resort is to be developed on almost 200 hectares of land. The CHATEAU ROPICE castle and other historical buildings will be renovated and expanded into a 5-star resort. 13 luxury suites, the reception area, a gourmet restaurant and diverse conference and seminar rooms will make this area the heart of the hotel. This historical centre will be expanded by the construction of a new hotel building with 96 rooms and of a "private wing" with 56 apartments and/or condominiums. The modern, open form of construction integrates attractive elements of the surrounding countryside. The apartments and condominiums will be sold to private investors. The architectural style of the new buildings will emphasise the charm of the historical buildings.
165 villas and holiday cottages are to be built in two construction phases. Each villa will stand on a parcel of land of at least 500 sq m and will in part be occupied year-round.
