CONSTRUCTION AND PLANNING PHASES

1. The historical buildings are the centre of the resort. They will be renovated and converted into a 5-star hotel with luxury suites. The reception area, a small restaurant and some of the event rooms are located on the ground floor. The 13 luxury suites are on the upper floors of the three buildings. Construction is scheduled to begin in the 4th quarter of 2006.

2. A total of 56 apartments of open, modern design that will integrate the attractive elements of the landscape are grouped around the core of the three historical building. Construction is scheduled to begin in the 4th quarter of 2006.

3. A modern hotel with a large courtyard is to be constructed next to the historical part. The new buildings will emphasise the charm and the effect of the historical buildings. Construction is scheduled to begin around the 2nd quarter of 2007.

4. All buildings will be connected underground by means of 2 underground parking garages and the fitness/wellness area. This emphasizes the character of the resort while at the same time simplifying the logistics. Construction is scheduled to begin in the 4th quarter of 2006.

5. At the rear of the property there will be a loose grouping of a few very spaciously designed villas. Construction is scheduled to begin in the 4th quarter of 2006 or the 2nd quarter of 2007.

6. 165 villas and holiday cottages will also be erected on the second part of the property. Each of these buildings will have a property of at least 500 m2. Some of the villas will be designed for year-round occupancy. The layout can be designed together with our architect. Construction is not scheduled to begin before the 4th quarter of 2007.
